I just saw this last night. It was definitely not your average movie. I thought it started off well, but then the plot seemed to slow way down, especially at the end. The last half of the movie was basically one huge gory fight scene. Arms, legs, feet, and heads were chopped off accompanied by an exaggerated amount of spraying blood. Personally, I thought the best part was the first ten minutes, where Uma Thurman was duking it out in some house. It wasn’t something I expected.
I’ve been getting back into running workouts with everyone else, since my knee seems to be improving. Today I went 16 with Schoener, and while I was tired and sore, I felt much less so than last weekend. The only problem is that I’ve got a little tendonitis on the inside of my lower left leg. I hope that goes away soon. I got a massage to help with some of the soreness earlier in the week, and it was the most painful one I’ve ever had. It was like my legs were being digged at with a chisel. Afterwards, when I got off the bus to Ludwell, I could barely walk.
